I started smoothly by meeting a fellow fan from France (I'm not alone!) we spent some time chatting, and I gave him the little information I had (where the ticket delivery was)
A few social apps clics later, I met "for real" two, then four, and five of the persons I only was in touch with by means of a keyboard.
And I have to say: nothing beats the human interaction. I could not only feel the immediate camaraderie flowing between us, but got to experience how deep we people are, much more than this crude (anti)-matter ;)
After a long and enlightening chats, I started strolling on my own on the still deserted convention center.
Here are a few snaps.
This means we'll stay in touch in real time!
Does it remind you of Coruscant?
Just like a T-Rex in a Natural History museum!
Can you see the Wampa?
What about now? ;)
The gates to SW heaven are still closed ... and people are still hard at work setting it up ...
Something tells me they are going to be working late today ...
The Emperor's coming here?
Oh please try and buy an R2 unit from the Jawas ... hmmm ... probably would have to pay for a space for them on the way back ... Oh, oh I see they have pit droids too: perfect, hit the nose and it might well fit into your case!
